My experience was excellent. I was in town from Marin, experienced a problem with my Audi and had no idea who to call. I got a referral to QAS, they were able to see me right away, they did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining my options. Unfortunately the outcome was not great, but the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this shop for locals and out of towners, and will make sure that my Bay Area mechanic refers as much business as possible.
