Whether I bring my car in to Quality for something minor or something more complicated, I know that I will always walk away with resolve. I have never once been a dissatisfied customer upon departure. The staff is always warm & friendly even on an early wintery Truckee morning,and we all know how bad that can be. I did say WARM & FRIENDLY! Always greeted with a smile and when I pick up my car I'm the one smiling, because I know I can count on the Specialists at Quality to make my car right every time!

My brand new car had a hiccup. I am not a car person and was about to have a meltdown because everything car is beyond me. Mark went above and beyond to help me out and get me going again. He also took the time to explain what was happening in a language I could understand.
