Gary patiently listened to my "kinda sounds like this or feels like that" poor description of the problem, got me in right away. Being a single family 1 car person the ride to and from is a life saver and Kambria is a gem. Returned truck the next day and it definitely steers better with fluid added. Lesson learned! With our population increase it has become more and more difficult to receive service in a timely manner. My dash lights went haywire and my 4WD went out just prior to our biggest winter storm forecast of the season. I didn’t expect to have my truck diagnosed but just to point me in the right direction. Tom and his crew took my truck in, diagnosed the issue and were able to get me scheduled for the repair, great service. It turned out to be a major repair and my 4WD couldn’t be repaired at the time , I’m scheduled and parts are ordered. GOOD JOB!!!
